4. Recipients, hosting and transfer
Messages are accessible only to authorised clinic staff responsible for replying. The website and form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., a technical provider that may process and store submissions outside Niger. The form checkbox expressly informs you of this hosting and transfer. The clinic applies the transfer formalities and safeguards required by Nigerien law.
5. Retention
Submissions are deleted from the hosting dashboard no later than 30 days after receipt. Copies needed to follow up the enquiry are kept for no more than six months after the last exchange and are then deleted, unless a legal obligation applies or certain information must be retained in a separate care record.
6. Security
The clinic limits access to authorised persons and uses services protected by access controls. Transmissions must use HTTPS. Because no Internet transmission is completely risk-free, the form must not be used for confidential medical information.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction, updating, deletion or restriction, and may object to processing on legitimate grounds. You may also withdraw consent.
